Evaporation drying with Drymatic Boost bar and mat system

The all too common burst flexi hose had Deon from Big Red Carpet Cleaning called to remedy the situation at this house. With the bathroom upstairs the incident caused damage to the plasterboard ceiling and then drenching the ground floor which was a timber covered concrete slab.
First the team removed the damaged ceiling material and then the timber flooring covering the most affected parts of the slab.
They bring in a small dehumidifier and an air mover connected to a Drymatic Boost bar with the boost to fan connector which is included with all boost bars. Next lay out a series of appropriate size mats to cover the web slab using mat connectors to join it all together.
The drying here is facilitated by using the boost bar to heat the air provided by the air mover which is pumped through the mats via the many 4mm holes (400 per 1m2) to distribute the air flow across the entire surface area.
