This unique approach is created with Drymatic Axial fans and Drymatic II, creating heat in the air and circulating the energy around to the building materials. Heated air movement is created to heat the surface temperatures and raise the vapour pressure of the materials to escape the lower pressure of the air. This process of heating up the material allows the trapped moisture to escape and the Drymatic II to suck it through the room intake and out the exhaust of the toilet window. The Drymatic II continues to operate in recirculation mode by sucking the wet air from the environment and running it back through the heater. Sucks, heats, sucks, heats; timed to exhaust. Dry air is replenished from the bathroom to stabilise the environment as Husqvarna Air Cleaners are used to clean the air as the structure dries before the floor is removed and to protect the contents from being affected.

This job was completed after category 3 water entered the property, 1200mm high strip was carried out and cleaning undertaken to decontaminate the area. Heywall poles from Heylo are erected to the ceiling, holding the Drymatic Drying mats though the eyelet of each mat with cable ties to fit the wall. The use of Drymatic Air Movers into Drymatic Boost Bars into Drymatic mats are raising the surface temperature (as the underside of the mats contain holes that allow for microjets of energy) blowing air on to the surface rather than across. The mats are inflated to fill up with heat and add surface temperature to the wet materials. By doing so, concrete, walls and framing are dried to complete the job.
