The flooding here was caused by a leaking pipe behind the skirting in the kitchen. The kick panels and the floating floor had to be removed to gain access under the kitchen benches. The Drymatic Boost Bars and Mats were then used to target dry the area of concrete and structure. This enabled more temperature into the concrete enticing the molecules to release moisture. Throughout the job a Trotec T3000 Expert Moisture Detection kit was used to check the moisture of all the various structures, including the underneath of the kitchen.
