Drymatic mats keep the walls nice and snug!

Kay Heid – KCJ Property Restorations

Job of the month September 2019

September job of the month winner is Kay from KCJ Property Restorations in Brisbane.

Kay and the team at KCJ took on this residential job with the main areas affected being the kitchen and laundry.

They started out by isolating the wet space with temporary plastic walls with Zipwall premium zippers installed.  Then by placing some strategic holes in the affected skirting boards allows air to be injected under the cupboards.

Now to bring in the Drymatic gear, in the centre of the room is a Drymatic II controlling the air temperature and humidity and exhausting its wet air to a dehumidifier in another room.

Place some air movers with Drymatic boost bars and injection kits for those holes made earlier under the cupboards.  Some more air movers, boost bars and Drymatic mats are connected with the mats wrapped tightly around the after walls both sides are being treated at once helping speed up the process.

Great work KCJ and thanks to Kay for sharing this job with the group and grabbing her second prize over the last 3 months.
