What a mess but unfortunately water finds it way everywhere; inside walls, under built-in cupboards and under the flooring. So whose job is it to remove that water, your trusty restoration team from Magic Carpet Cleaning & Restoration who know a thing or two about this type of situation and how to undertake the restoration.
With damage to a large area of a residential property, the team removed the carpets and vinyl and to assist with accessing all the wet areas even the skirting boards were removed. Next they created some holes in the gyprock above the base plate to allow the hot dry air from the Drymatic boost bars access into wall cavity. Replicate this with a few air movers and boost bars and the drying process is boosted!!
Next by placing a centrally located Drymatic II this extracts the wet air and introduces heated dry air to control the internal environment and with the addition of a Husqvarna Air Scrubber with HEPA filter the air is kept hot, dry and clean.
