Drymatic not only for water damage restoration

Kay Heid & Colin Church – KCJ Property Restorations

Job of the month July 2019

July job of the month winner is Kay & Colin from KCJ Property Restorations in Brisbane.

Don’t think the Drymatic II is a one trick wonder only there for your water damage restoration jobs.

The team at KCJ Property Restoration were called to help with the floor refurbishment at a local butcher.  In a world where time is money every hour that these premises couldn’t be used was costing the business owners, so they needed a solution to get them operating again ASAP.

Since it was the floor that was being resurfaced the team had to ensure everything was elevated and out of the way of the floor refinishers.

Lucky the Drymatic II is not a super heavy weight and can be easily placed on top of any reasonably sturdy structure by a couple of people.  Getting in beforehand they placed several Drymatic IIs around the work area and dialled up the settings to ensure the best drying conditions for the new flooring.

If you didn’t know better you would think the Drymatic II was made for this since the auto function negates the need for someone to adjust the machine settings while the job is drying unlike using a simple air mover in this situation.

Awesome to see the versatility of the Drymatic II, thanks to Kay and the KCJ Property Restoration team for sharing this job.
